01 / SERVICES

What we take on,
and how we build it.

Three lanes, one standard. Whatever the lane, you get production software — versioned, deployed for real use, and built dependency-light so it stays cheap to run and easy to hand off. Below is what each lane actually covers, what's delivered, and the tools we reach for first.

01 / Web builds

Fast static sites
and small web apps.

HTML / CSS / JS Cloudflare Pages Netlify Static-first Vanilla JS

What it is. Hand-written sites and small web apps — no heavy framework, no bundler, no monthly platform tax. The range runs from a tight, booking-first single page for a local business to a full editorial multi-page site driven from one data file. Design-token CSS and vanilla JS keep them quick to load and quick to change.

What's delivered. Design, build, and deploy. We agree on the layout and voice, build it as semantic, accessible markup, and ship it live on Cloudflare Pages or Netlify with the domain wired up. You get the whole repository and a site you can host anywhere — nothing locked behind a subscription.

Example tech. Plain HTML, CSS custom properties, and vanilla JavaScript; content kept in a single data file so copy and portfolio items update in one place; static hosting on Cloudflare Pages or Netlify.

02 / AI & automation

Custom tooling around
what the models do well.

Agent harnesses Voice / audio Automation Python Open models

What it is. Custom AI tooling for a specific job, not a generic chatbot bolted onto a page. That covers agent harnesses that drive a model through a real task, voice and audio pipelines for capture and synthesis, and the automation glue that takes the repetitive parts of a workflow off your hands.

What's delivered. We scope the problem honestly to what a model can actually do well, build the tooling around it, and wire it into a repeatable environment you can run again without us in the room. Where it matters, it ships with the prompts, the harness, and notes on its limits — no magic, no overselling.

Example tech. Python tooling and agent harnesses; voice-cloning and audio pipelines built on open models; local-first environments so the workflow is reproducible and the data stays where you want it.

03 / Game plugins

Server systems built
as real software.

Kotlin / Java Towny / Paper Spigot Custom mechanics Tested

What it is. Minecraft server systems and custom gameplay mechanics — Kotlin and Java plugins for Towny and Spigot/Paper. The work ranges from a single mechanic to a suite of addons that merge and extend systems like politics, economy, and land, all built as real software rather than weekend scripts.

What's delivered. A spec turned into a versioned, tested plugin: the build, the source, and a real test suite so the mechanics behave the same after the next update. We deploy it to your server, hand over everything, and stay reachable for fixes and the next iteration.

Example tech. Kotlin and Java against the Spigot/Paper and Towny APIs; flat-file or database persistence as the server needs; a JUnit test suite covering the mechanics that matter.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

Four steps,
no surprises.

Know which lane you need?

Or not sure yet — that's fine too. Send the rough shape of the project and you'll get honest questions and a flat quote before any code is written.
